For Salespeople

  • Objective key skills assessment prior to the start of coaching
  • Setting of clear skill mastery goals which can include a single or multiple set of skills taught in the Goal Aligned Selling™ training workshops.
  • Extensive role practice
  • Preplanning of customer interactions
  • Observation of skill application in the field
  • Verbal and written review & feedback with specific advice & actions to improve Reporting to sales management including a People Development Plan for each individual salesperson

 

For Sales Managers — “Coach the Coach”
